Tony is a seasoned construction professional whose journey in the industry began during high school. In 2003, he made a significant move to Northwest Arkansas, and in 2011 he established Guppy Construction. Over the course of his career, Tony gained 14 years of experience in retail management, along with 20 years in construction.
Driven by a passion for quality craftsmanship, Tony delivers nothing short of excellence. He and his team focus on producing the best work, using quality materials, and delivering projects on time and within budget. He also strives to cultivate strong relationships with clients and ensures each family or business is satisfied with the final outcome. He’s proud that the company’s best marketing has always been its clients.
Tony's personal life is just as fulfilling as his professional pursuits. He is an avid mountain biker and actively supports various nonprofit groups focused on the mountain biking community. Tony contributes his time and effort to activities like trail maintenance and coaching young athletes through the Bentonville High School NICA program. In recognition of his outstanding commitment, he was awarded the FAST Volunteer of the Year in 2021. Tony is married and cherishes the joys of fatherhood with his two children.
Kainen is a highly skilled project manager at Guppy Construction who began working for the company while still in high school. Following a move to Northwest Arkansas, Kainen became a full-time member in 2017. Outside of work, he finds joy in outdoor activities like hiking and biking. Kainen is also a talented musician and loves composing music and performing with his band, Social Survivor. With his varied skills and unwavering commitment, Kainen makes valuable contributions to Guppy Construction every day.
Gavin is a proud native of Northwest Arkansas and brings passion and dedication to his role as asssistant project manager at Guppy Construction. He began working for the company during high school and transitioned to a full-time role in 2021. Beyond work, Gavin is a true outdoorsman and loves duck hunting and fishing. He also enjoys cooking, working on cars, and investing. His diverse interests and unwavering work ethic contribute to his role and the success of our company.

Our company is proud to sponsor the Bentonville High School NICA Mountain Bike Team as well as Friends of Arkansas Singletrack (FAST), which promotes education, trail stewardship, and the advancement of mountain biking through the Northwest Arkansas Offroad Trail System. On a personal level, Tony Guppy is a coach for the Bentonville High School NICA Moutain Bike Team, a board member of FAST, a trail adopter for the Trail Adoption Program, and an OZ Mountain Bike Patrol Member.
